Corvallis is community to 50,000 people and home to Oregon State University Beavers, Hewlett-Packard, and  CH2M Hill. With many health conscious residents, Corvallis boasts more than 60 miles of bike and running paths. There are more than 50 parks and designated preserves and many public and private recreational facilities. Corvallis is a little over 1 hour from either the ocean to the west and mountains to the east.
